"Spring is almost here - we hope you've had a fantastic (and warm) winter - it is hard to believe warmer temperatures are on the way. We here at BCS Service Pros have been busy (which is a blessing) serving apartment and multi-family unit owners throughout the great state of Texas.

We wanted to take a moment to highlight one of our most popular services - equipment change-outs. This is a major investment in the life of any apartment owner and we wanted to go through the typical scope of work on an equipment changeout.

Typical Scope of Work: 1.Recover refrigerant & remove the old units 2. Flush out the copper lines w/Nu Calgon and nitrogen 3. Install new air handler, condenser unit & 3/8 liquid filter drier 4. Leak check w/nitrogen and 500-micron vacuum pull 5. Charge to manufacturers specifications 6. Install HVAC disconnect & whip, condenser unit pad, pookie tape, armor flex, wire ties & wire nuts as needed 7. BCS Service Pros will warranty the labor workmanship, for 1 year of the install date
