We have assisted our clients and run college turn in this industry. When the students move out the last week in July, Our team moves in for the next three weeks to turnover all units to get them move-in ready.
The new group of students will move in around August 15th. We will partner with your team to effectively plan and schedule to keep on track during this demanding time of year, Attitudes are tested daily our key is to make it fun and push forward on what the daily goals are.
After Turn
When the work orders roll in once turn is complete and the students start moving back in we can help! We will send in an individual or team to handle all of the post turn work orders - freeing up your maintenance crew to focus on their normal day to day responsibilities.
