What a Year!

It is hard to believe we are coming up on the 1-year anniversary of the crippling ice storm that wreaked havoc throughout the DFW Metroplex. With temperatures dipping below freezing, we are hoping to not have a repeat of this event in 2022. Local news affiliate WFAA reported earlier this month that 246 people died in the Texas winter storm. In addition to the loss of life, the storm also caused a tremendous amount of damage - with 4.5 million homes and businesses without power and an estimated $295 billion in damage. The storm became the single biggest insurance claim in state history.

While a lot of damage and distress came out of the storm, we here at BCS Service Pros were able to navigate it and serve each and every client. Whether it was traveling to Austin to help with a massive leak or driving to Houston to get our team up and running to repair a facility completely shut down by a burst fire sprinkler, we were there for each and every client. With team members throughout Texas, we served clients throughout the state and walked beside them throughout this devastating storm. It was also during this time that our company grew. Many apartment owners and multi-family unit managers realized that their HVAC Company was either unreliable, unavailable or unprofessional and decided to switch to BCS Service Pros.

If you live in Texas and are looking for a company that is reliable, consistent, friendly and treats you like family, look no further than BCS Service Pros. We've been serving clients in DFW and throughout Texas for years and would love to serve your business!
