Three 'Scary' Signs for a Small Business

With Halloween only a few weeks ago and the temperatures dropping, we wanted to a take a moment to point out Three 'Scary' Signs all small business owners should avoid. Unfortunately in the United States, small business ownership is often doomed for failure. One common statistic is that 80% of small businesses fail within the first five years. Recently, according to The Bureau of Labor Statistics, approximately 20 percent of small businesses fail within the first year! That is shocking to us too! We've been serving HVAC clients for the past 20 (!!!) years and absolutely love having the opportunity to make their house more comfortable through our full-service offering.

So what are the Three 'Scary' Signs of a Small Business and how have we combatted them?

1.) Bad Reviews - We go the extra mile to ensure every client is THRILLED with our service - whether it is a tune up or new install we make sure every multi-family client is happy. We thrive by maintaining loyal consumers and growing the client base additional.

2.) Lack of Innovations - We are CONSTANTLY taking professional development, industry specific courses to deepen our knowledge base and give clients industry leading choices to be t serve them. We love what we do and it is evident in our service offerings.

3.) Poor Communication - Each business has a unique vision and a work culture that every worker should be aware of. If workers don’t know what is demanded of them or are concerned about their job profile, you are admittedly running a dysfunctional system. At BCS Service Pros, we are over-the-top in our communication strategy with both our employees and clients. We exist to serve others and go the extra mile when is comes to clear communication!
