We are now offering 24/7 after hour emergency service for our multi-housing clients. We cover all over the state of Texas and can dispatch at a moment’s notice. Our trucks are stocked with all the usual supplies needed to take care of the emergency in a timely and efficient manner. So if you find your property suddenly short staffed an no one to pull emergency on-call no worries, we can step in and help as long as you need us to.  Typically we take the call from your answering service and give them and your resident an ETA of when our tech will arrive.  Once the call has been completed we send the community manager an update the next business day of the repair details.  We can set the instructions up to handle the emergency calls any way you like.
